Soak is a family-owned business founded by Gold Coast locals and husband and wife duo Niki and Alexis Dean. Having collectively spent years juggling the demands of their corporate careers, raising a family, trying to maintain a social life and prioritising their health, they came to rely on annual visits to health retreats to simply rest and relax.
