Joshua Moll, a proud alumnus of South Oldham High School (Class of 2004), made headlines during his senior year as the school’s standout quarterback. Frequently featured in The Courier-Journal, Oldham Era, and on several local TV stations, Joshua gained recognition for the impressive records and stats he set on the field. He also served as President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), exemplifying leadership both on and off the field.
His athletic excellence earned him a full Division I scholarship to Eastern Illinois University as a quarterback. Unfortunately, a significant back injury led to surgery and ultimately ended his football career. However, what could have been a setback became a powerful comeback story, as Joshua dedicated himself to recovery and emerged healthier than ever.
He later transferred to the University of Kentucky, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. During his time there, Joshua served as Director of the Great Outdoors program and
participated in DanceBlue—one of the state’s largest student-led philanthropic events supporting childhood cancer research.
Driven by a passion for helping others, Joshua earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia. He is also a licensed Life and Health Insurance agent and holds his SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 certifications, enabling him to provide financial planning services.
A member of Southeast Christian Church for over 20 years, Joshua is deeply rooted in his faith and community. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, fishing, and hunting. In addition to his professional and athletic background, he is a talented artist specializing in charcoal and graphite work.
Joshua’s journey has also included public speaking—highlighted by winning a speaking competition during his time at Eastern Illinois University. His life experiences, marked by both triumphs and challenges, have shaped his resilient spirit. He lives by the famous Rocky Balboa quote:
"It’s not about how hard you can hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward."
Today, Joshua seeks to use his story to inspire, uplift, and empower others—reminding us all of the strength found in perseverance, faith, and purpose.
